NGO LINC様より、10月27日 松が枝国際ターミナル ホールにて開催のハロウィン交流イベント「ハロハロでPartyNight」仮装パレード＆国際交流パーティーのお知らせです！
みなさん、こんにちは！！NGO LINCです。最近はめっきり涼しくなり、秋の足音が近づいてきましたが皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか？
そんな中、LINCより10月27日（土）に開催するイベントの告知です！今回は外国の方々とのハロウィン交流イベントを企画致しました！100人規模のパーティーを予定しております。以下連絡致しますので、皆様奮ってのご参加お待ちしてます！！！
ハロハロでParty Night
【日時】
10/27（土）
16:30～18:00 仮装パレード
18:15～20:15 国際交流パーティー
【イベント概要】
ハロウィンに合わせて仮装して町をパレードし、その後ハロウィンパーティーを行う。
【参加費】
社会人：2000円
学生＆外国の方：1500円
※軽食、ドリンク（アルコール含む）代込
【参加人数】
社会人３０名、学生・外国人７０名。
※参加人数には上限あるため、先着順とさせて頂きます。ご了承下さい。
【申込方法】
会場予約の関係上、10月21日（日）までにNGO LINC 砂田博（E-mail：B2110041@sun.ac.jp、携帯：080-1944-4351）までご連絡下さいますよう宜しくお願いします。
【スケジュール】
16:30 浜の町アーケード入口集合
17:00 パレード開始（アーケード→中華街→松ケ枝国際ターミナル）
18:15 パーティー開始
19:00 仮装コンテスト開始
20:30 終了
※１．仮装の度合いは個人の自由とします(基本的に仮装は個人で用意していただきます)。
※２．パーティーでは軽食とドリンクを用意させて頂きますが、今回はアットホームな雰囲気のパーティーとする予定であり、参加者の皆様からのお酒・おつまみ等の持ち寄りも歓迎致します。
※３．パーティでは仮装コンテストを行いますので参加したい方は連絡をお願いします。
※４．未成年者の方の飲酒は厳禁とさせて頂きます。
※５．パーティーからの参加や、途中からの参加も受け付けております。

4: We prohibit minors (under twenty years old) from drinking alcohol.
5: You can join the party from start to end.
